Affinity Care Recruitment are pleased to be working with an excellent client in the Huddersfield area.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead the office based in Huddersfield.

Key Responsibilities are:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including team recruitment and management.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC Regulations and Industry Standards
  • Ensure compliance with Caremark’s systems, policies and procedures
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, local authorities, and agencies.
  • Support business growth through marketing and recruitment strategies.
  • Preparation of management reports

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated and excellent communicator who copes well under pressure.
  • High levels of competency in the use of systems and technology.
  • High level literacy skills, both verbal and written.
  • Qualification to a minimum of Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Ambition to drive the business forward to achieve agreed growth targets.
  • Driving License and Access to own car.

​​The right candidate must be able to demonstrate at the interview stage a 2-year proven track record as a Care Manager with a high CQC Rating.The role is Monday - Friday working, with the necessity to be on call 1 in every 6 weekends.
